I redesigned a dense and visually inconsistent corporate new hire orientation deck to enhance clarity, engagement, and alignment with updated brand standards. The original presentation lacked visual hierarchy and relied heavily on text, creating a challenging onboarding experience for both new employees and presenters. To resolve this, I established a clear visual system featuring consistent layouts, refined typography, and modular slide templates. The outcome was a streamlined, highly readable presentation that improved the onboarding experience, simplified delivery, and provided a scalable, reusable system for future materials.
