The Brief: The project required a comprehensive visual update of the 2025 New Hire Orientation deck to align with modern brand standards. The goal was to transform dense corporate data into a more digestible format for new store associates while working under a restricted timeline.

The Concept: The redesign centers on the inverted pyramid philosophy where leadership supports the front-line associates who serve the customer. This approach humanizes the business by using large-scale imagery of real people alongside the eight core values that define the organization.

The Execution: Information was restructured into distinct modules that simplified complex financial structures like Success Sharing and the GET engagement model. The final delivery standardized the look of internal platforms like myApron and Viva Engage to ensure new hires feel confident navigating company technology on day one.
